Training programmes to increase muscle usually include three important stages: the "Mass-building Period” (aim: to increase muscle mass), the “Definition Period” (to reduce body fat without losing muscle mass) and the “Maintenance Period” (to maintain results).  Each stage requires different kinds of training (number of sets, repetitions and loads). An athlete’s diet must be adjusted to suit each training period and, if there is an increased dietary demand for some nutrients, products of the Enervit Gymline Muscle line can be used as supplements. The schedule below is a summary of the products and shows how to use them during the various training stages, as long as the doses shown on the label of each product are not exceeded.
